Yes, NEBOSH is valid in USA and Canada. One has to go through the US qualification route in line with OSHA to be accepted as Safety Practitioner/ Professional. The MOU’s between UK & US safety bodies comes here as an advantage. There is a certain relaxation and benefit while perusing US safety qualification for those who already have UK safety qualification.
